The frustrations | Elena & Fynn - March 1, 9:30 pm
Turning a corner in the castle, Fynn nearly bumped into the headmistress of their humble school. She didn’t seem to notice him at first, yet she spoke aloud seemingly to herself. Looking up at the painting, he was amused to see that it was one of his own. Though the residents of The Castle knew of him as a slacker and a man whore, The Artist was well known and highly thought of. No one connected the two, and no one knew that they were one and the same. “The Artist does beautiful work, no doubt, but I don’t think I’d like to be a painting. Life moves so wonderfully, and though a painting may capture it beautifully it cannot move. Would you not rather the painting capture your beauty rather than capture yourself?” Perhaps he should have been a poet rather than an artist. He sometimes found that art was like visual poetry for him, and he was grateful that he could bring forth poetry to his mouth when he desired.
Gazing at the painting, Elena started to feel herself relax. As she spoke she had no idea there was someone else in the room. She Looked over hearing someone replying to her statement. Seeing Flynn, she smiled straightening up and listened to him. “Well not when you work in an office a lot.. And the Artist does.. I would love to meet this artist.” She rolled her eyes with a small smile. “Well, I would like it to capture my beauty.. If I wasn’t looking at like this.” She spoke with a small shrug. Turning her body toward him. “How are you doing Flynn.. Anything exciting going on with you?”
