Interesting 3d artwork, though not sure if the blood is hers or someone else's. Kaldorei blood has actually been purple since Warcraft 3 but is just red for WoW for game mechanic reasons. Take up less time and data if everyone is bleeding the same color.

We are talking about a game that has very flimsy worldbuilding and that actually had an RPG that tried to make some ground rules and an actual base for the world, yet is noncanon because blizzard doesn't want set in stone rules of the world (beyond the most basic) to get in the way, things like druids being able to talk in their shapeshift forms. But you are actually wrong. Not -everyone's- blood is the same color. Draenei's blood is canonically blue as depicted in rise of the horde. And, surprise surprise, when they get hit, they bleed blue. Which is likely not true for spells that apply bleed and such. But still.

All in all. Is just blizzard don't giving a fact about their own lore and even less about night elves. WoW kaldorei aren't the same as Warcraft 3 kaldorei, much as it hurts literally everyone. And, after all, is just an artistic depiction of the aftermath of a fight scene. Being too concerned about little details like that which have little to no mention during the research i've done over the years is a bit pointless. :)
