“I don’t hang out with Lea that much, and you know I train too!” Though it was true he hung out with Lea at times. Roxas was still…. Anyway. Not the point. Once they were to the end of the dock, Sora began to untie their boat.

“You think it is a bit chilly? I don’t feel it. Could just be the cool breeze coming off of the water?” Sora shrugged, dealing with a knot in the rope. He had let Tidus borrow his boat once to go to the island with Sophie and, well, this knot was the result.

{☁} “I know you still visit Radiant Garden, though. Though in all reality, I just wonder how all those interactions have changed since all that stuff happened. Hopefully just as good as we are.” There was still darkness looming by far. Though now that the Organization had been conquered, hopefully, it was not just a matter of ridding all of the heartless and finding worlds that may have been lost.  

“And I never said you didn’t. Maybe I am just getting some better tactics for speed. It was always something I was good at. Though I still need to find a way to have stronger attacks. Otherwise, it seems to just turn into a chase game that I will eventually lose without any energy left.”

Though he could have been right there. She still was very wary of water, though this had been dismissed as he pointed out the rope. “I’d say cut it there, but I guess that may not be an option.” Relena only took a moment to look behind her before gathering up the rest of the rope that was scattered behind him. “Here, if I hold this bundle closer, it will be easier than dragging the long bit of rope out to free the knot.”

And maybe, hopefully, more efficient. “Yeah...I stayed in Radiant Garden for a short time, though I didn’t really get to know anyone. I didn’t really belong, so I found no real reason to stick around. But that also wasn’t long before I lost my heart. I mean sometimes I still get that feeling, but instead of giving into it, I try to ignore it.”

{ϟ} “Easily managed. After all, if there is no bleeding, the prey is still safe, for the time being. After all, after we finish what is needed, you will be useless. Likely thrown off like all the rest who do not follow suit.”

Though a smirk would follow, canting her head. “And yet, if you cooperate, by all means, it would make you a hero. Help us pursue the largest task facing us. And then after, why, by then, others would have to answer to your command. That’s right. You could even replace Axel.”

The cheat. He had grown to attached. He was off. He knew the plans and if he slipped....Why did Marluxia believe him? Yet, even know, though she hated the small blonde, had the planned worked as followed, why then, certainly, she would be far more praised.

Though she raised her eyebrows. “Distracting, why the only thing you should be considering is the potential of conquest, power, glory. May you not see it, a bright future lies for you yet, and yet no matter what I tell you, you never seem to understand. And then the tension builds. To keep it woman to woman, it is a value gift I can give you, though to contain it, you must banish away your pitiful foolishness.-She glanced aside in the young woman’s potential bluff. 

“-Otherwise, when Marluxia no longer needs you, willing or not, he will eagerly cast you aside to suffer like all the rest. And yet, you just cannot imagine such, now can you? He may not try to slap the sense into you as I do, though there is a worse punishment he carries do you refuse to listen or fail him. Believe me. Whether you see now, I am trying to save you from being thrown out like all the other useless members. ”

Axel arched an eyebrow.  Granted, he hadn’t bothered to consider what she was thinking about this arrangement, but yeah–if he had to guess, enjoyment wouldn’t have been his first bet.  What exactly did she mean by that?  Was she under the mistaken impression that her opinion had any effect whatsoever on his?

If it weren’t for having her claws around his hand like that earlier, Axel might have been intrigued by the sheer arrogance alone.

He shifted, indicating the drink in his own hand as if to say Way ahead of you.  “As it pleases your Highness,” he drawled, taking a step back so he could dip into a sarcastic genuflection.  Nonetheless, he’d be keeping an eye out to make sure she didn’t slip anything suspect into his.  “Shall I get you a glass?”

{ϟ} Now, this was more like it. She knew, certainly, the man had some certainty to common courtesy. Though honestly, she wouldn’t need to kill him. At least not yet. Perhaps he was still of some value. Though that, would highly still have to be determined. 

She had longed for a chance at a throne for quite some time. The ways of the current state were unjust and unsatisfying at once. Pitiful wars kept breaking out, and for once and for all, she wanted to have the other leaders under her feet. Or...maybe his. 

After all, most common folk often saw the queen high, though men had higher, though perhaps he could find the potential to agree with her greedy ways. Then any strains would be free and nothing more than mannequin play. Though she still did not know him well, even if the family ties had been fair in past years. 

“Quite well, if I say so myself. Perhaps we were stepping upon the wrong steps so rashly, now weren’t we? After all, perhaps there are some misconceptions- nothing a good glass could settle.” As long as crowds of the nobles and armies would not keep looming over their heads, by certain the most annoying part of the ordeal.

And yet on a regular day, a king could be dethroned and executed within minutes. No strings attached. Hopefully, she could lay her hands properly to become for appealing.

“What’s really out there?” 

He repeated the sentence and thought for a moment or two. He was kinda confused as to what the girl meant but listened anyway before looking up at the sky. It almost seemed endless from where he was sitting. Something else out there…just what was out there? 

“well, you could be like Ven-Ven and his friends. They can go wherever they want! And, I wanna have new adventures. I wanna see everything that’s out there and know everything too! I wanna explore everything!” 

He said with a bright smile. 

“But, just cause I wanna see other things, doesn’t mean I’m gonna get bored of the island. Mommy and daddy are here, and so are lots of my friends. I’m gonna see everything and come back here and tell everyone what I saw!” 

{☁} She huffed quietly to herself. She had already lost that. She was no good as the others were, and so why was she around? She questioned herself this. A lot, actually. She was really starting to lose faith that she could make such a big difference on so many worlds.

“Well, I guess you aren’t wrong-” She started, though her cyan glinted eyes dimmed. “Though as I have seen, it isn’t that simple I guess....I don’t know. I guess I’m just not really cut out for that stuff.” Though she shrugged. “I guess you just have to be careful then. Maybe you are more able than I could ever be.”

Though she gave a pitied smile. As she saw it, no one really cared. Not about family, or friends...she didn’t really have either. And certainly not for long. Though unlike him, he had something, and someone to always come back to. She didn’t. “-And what if they don’t believe you? I mean, I don’t think anyone knows what all is out there to see. I just know that there is more awaiting us all, whether we know it or not.”

Semi Hiatus Notice

;; Hello everyone! I am here to call a semi-hiatus. I am so busy with college and that the holidays are closing in, and now the part for my motherboard that controls the power adapter in the computer of mine has broke.

I can get it fixed, however I will have to likely work mostly mobile, because most devices that my family has is also Currently dysfunctional. And sometimes, I do not have any muses. I do not know how long I will be without a fully working computer, but I will try to be as active as possible.

"Larxene, you're being too loud." Words whispered softly, glancing up at the other girl. Trying to keep from sounding irritated as she closed her sketch book to look up at the girl. Eyes meeting bright blue as a small smile masked her lips.

{ϟ}“Oh dear me, heaven forbid that something like yelling daresay exists!” As the woman was not easily pleased, nor amused, and this childish’s girl’s mind with aspiring curiosity was certainly not killing the cat- more of, more or less, skinning it alive. 

Well, to a certain degree.  Either way, the girl was finding too much enjoyment for the nymph to allow, precisely trimmed nails digging gently into her pale jawline, craining the smaller girl to her face, glaring into those blue eyes. 

Something was so familiar about them, something infuriating that boiled inside, and the only person to best control her temperament was one man as was all. Those blue eyes, pale blond, it all was to close to-

“You, you hide secrets. You hide things from us that we require, and you won’t spit it out, I can see it in your eyes, you tormenting witch. You think you are dealing your cards correctly, but I see your scheme, your plan, whether or not Marluxia does or not. And I am not going to have you pry into something that not only hurts you, and us, but will alert everyone else. Your execution is futile, small child; and child’s play has been long past. I don’t know where you came from, or where you will end up, but by the time I finish with you, it will not be in one piece.” 

The woman, whether or not she would like it, would become full-time babysitter if she had to. As a second in command, she could just cackle as Saix was finished off, like of the other nobodies who would resist. 

She growled, snarling, before tearing her hand across her face with sharp-tipped nails, turquoise eyes glaring. “No one told you to stop working, you small worm. You are just sitting there, trying to hide those terrible images you call drawings, scribblings on paper. We get Sora, we use you to work, and then I am certain we will find other fine use of you yet. After all, you just have the cutest face.”

“Oh man, ouch, yeah no problem, though you know it might be better to put some aloe on that you know.” Demyx gave her a look of concern. “But yeah, if you need a good pool of water to rinse off I could summon some up for you.”

{ϟ} Had she known where to get some, she would have gotten some. Deep Jungle was heh, fresh out. It made something inside her writhe. There was Radiant Garden, she supposed, but no one really enjoyed any of the nobodies there. And though she likely had currency, she was likely more to steal than nothing else. Though she had gathered some Epsom salts from Destiny Islands. 

And oh yeah, that was going to hurt. Actually, quite a bit. But really, she didn’t care- she would have consulted someone who might know better of it; and she sure as hell wasn’t bothering the higher ups. To ask Demyx for anything was.....irritating. Though to some degree, she was....thankful, perhaps? She wasn’t certain. 

“Eh....but before we go all hype crazy on it, I don’t have anything to really hold up much of it in.” She could have asked Marluxia later for something that may also help, but initial cleaning was definitely something she could manage herself. That was one pro and con of being the only female member, really.

Some kinda hidden part of this place?” She’d giggle at that. “No way- the sky is the limit- just think about it, kid! There are hundreds and thousands of those things; there’s secrets waitin’ to be discovered!”

Or, he could remain naive and didn’t get to see nothin’ new. That’s what most people did anyway. “There are things, just waiting to happen, new adventures to enamor and you aren’t looking up and think twice of it. Come on, haven’t you even been curious? Least once?”
