Real quick just wanna say like, if you don't really wanna regress in the far future, like in your 30s/40s+ then that is entirely okay! I know a lot of people use it as a coping mechanism now, but don't see it as a permanent part of their identity/lifestyle

On the flip side! If you DO plan on regressing for that long, possibly the rest of your life? That's ALSO okay! And to all the bodily older regressors on here, (like 30+) even if there's not many, you ARE valid. Any age can regress and do it as much as YOU need! And to the bodily younger ones, pleeeease don't worry about being 'weird' if you still regress years later, it'll be okay, you do you! Rather you do it to heal, cope or recreationally!
