Alright loves, I’m taking a trip tomorrow (November 4) and wont be back till November 12
I will be bringing my laptop with me so will try to be active once a night but might fade off for one or two days because of road tripping and such
My iphone will be on me as well for chat rp and conversing over skype, etc
So please do not take any inactivity as me dropping my boys, because it’s definitely not the case. I will be sticking around and looking to build more connections with you great people. I really care for you guys and have enjoyed playing with you, it’s the reason I’m still here and putting effort into sharing and writing Elias and Morgan.
Thanks for reading this, can’t wait to be back and regular on November 12! Hopefully you all stick around as well <3
He didn’t dare turn his head when he heard the familiar voice called out his name. Instead he smiled, hands still in the dirt ignoring the pitting feeling in his stomach. Kurtis didn’t have to guess to figure out why the boy was out here like this. He was looking for his sister, a girl that Kurtis knew all too well. It was with Elias’ family that Kurtis grew up with in a way as Daniel Matrim taught him what he needed to know when it came to herbal medicine. That included Elias and Aya. Refusing to think about how the last time he saw the girl, her blonde hair was coated in blood, he smiled and stood, using his cane to stand. “Elias…hey.”
The younger warlock burst into a delightful fit of laughter, twirling to the side to come and face the other below him. Hazel eyes were lit up in the mans presence. What fortune, or misfortune, it was that he’d ended up on the other side of this boundary like Elias. Admittedly, he was just as happy to see Kurtis as he might be to find his own sister, as the man had been an icon to Eli since he met him at a young age. “I thought you didn’t like playing in the weeds.” He taunted, using the mans words against him. “That’s my job.”

I just want to know how many people want to keep writing together and keep your character. If you do, please reblog or reply to this post.
There were few moments that was off guard when it came to the woods, now was one of them. The doctor had most of the herbs he needed growing in the small garden at his house, others he got from the local shop but today he needed something unique, something he normally wouldn’t get unless the patient he was looking after needed it and today that was him. His bum leg was acting up bad lately, finding himself needing his cane more often than not. It was here that he was bent down on the ground, cane on the ground beside him, hands covered in dirt as he searched for what he called ‘his miracle herb’. It was like this he heard the branch snap behind him. Freezing, he kept his voice calm as he called out, “If you are going to kill me, please allow me to get up first and see my killer. It would be rude and cowardly to do it with my back to you.”
The blond trudged noisily over the piles of browned leaves, taking in the sounds of nature all around, losing himself to his thoughts of Aya as he followed the path his crystal back home had pointed him. He’d already searched this side of the woods a number of times, but he was pushing himself to go beyond at risk of becoming weak, it was obvious Aya wouldn’t remain in the wilderness. There were other towns, cities, but the warlock couldn’t imagine how she could have gone so far. Wouldn’t her feet be as heavy as his own? While coming up with a number of theories to solve the mystery Elias found a man in the distance lent forward on the ground. A cane in hand. Hazel eyes grew more round. Elias would know that figure from everywhere. His lips immediately stretched into a pure white smile and he approached Valentine, heart throbbing in a timeless familiar way as he did, coming to a stop once he was behind him. The words caught Eli off guard but made him feel naughty. He drew in a breath and yelled out, obnoxiously loud, “Kurtis!”
“Hum. I guess. Over there, at least in my coven, we had no need to kill our equals.”
“It would be nice to live in a world without murder.” He was raised in a similar coven, but that hadn’t saved his own father. “But I guess it’s just... impossible. Maybe these missing people can be found at least.”
arrowsandgin:
“How can someone ever be too agreeable?” She asked with a laugh and a shake of her head. Ryan understood what was meant. Eli was, on the surface at least, one of the most friendly people, and he seemed to have an equally gentle disposition. “Ye’ know, I agree. Of course, ye’ got to get people talkin’ about the right sorts of things, first. Which takes some practice.”
She waved her hand dismissively, “Ye’ should. I’m all kinds of lucky, with the being Irish. I’ll bring a shamrock for ye’ to have.”
He had a short laugh too, surprised by what Ryan said. It was the first time someone understood his side of things, since his father had passed anyway. “I don’t know, but my sister can’t stand that side of me.” Elias added, smiling despite the recollection. “You’re a master at that sort of thing I bet. ... You sort of exude leadership, like you’d win any argument tossed your way, it would be nice to have that quality. Maybe it does all just come down to practice.”
The blond was perplexed by her statement and looked to her once again as they walked toward the direction she was originally headed. “You are?” Was she a faerie? “You’ll give me a rock?” Eli chuckled.
Wix Meeting
Addie nodded, “I’ve met those two as well, and a couple others. I’m hoping to meet any of them that are left later today.” she agreed. She looked up at the flimsy building, “I think it will definitely take some teamwork to get this place up to being usable.” she said, nodding and looking over at him. “Do you think this is a good place for us? For wixes, or supernaturals in general for that matter? Everyone is so confused and scared when they get here, or at least I was. It might be good to have somewhere to go, and then we can work on magic somewhere secluded that we can protect.” she explained. Addie shrugged, “That’s true, maybe it’s just an old habit. But if we need a leader we’re going to have to find someone who would be good at it. I think we’d do alright just working together though.” She leaned back a little on the bench, “What are your abilities? If you don’t mind my asking.”
“This place is usually abandoned?” Elias asked, following Addie’s gaze. “Yeah, you have the right idea.” The blond smiled. “Practicing magic at another location would definitely be a better choice. The building wouldn’t last very long taking much of a beating.” Standing up he took a better look around, imagining all that had to be repaired and improved as he listened. “Hopefully the others will want to cooperate.” Though he saw the best in everyone Elias was realistic to know not all wixes would get along. There were a variety of backgrounds and attitudes when it came to covens. Some were traditionalists while the others rebelled from the old ways. For the sake of this working Elias believed Addie’s choice was the best they could hope for. “My family walks the path of light, our house doubles as an apothecary where my mother creates medicinal potions and usually I’m there helping her. So I’ve always been drawn to the earth but my father taught me how to track. Tracking is... part of the reason I arrived in this new world.”
“Ah, thank ye’,” Ryan smiled, taken aback by all the kindness and the smiling. She shrugged a shoulder as she answered his question, “Philosophy is discounted as somethin’ not worth studyin’ a lot of places. It won’t help ye’ get a job, they say, and it makes ye’ pretentious and elitist. Can ye’ imagine someone bringin’ up Kant’s Ethical Theory at a party, without seemin’ snobbish? More and more, we forget its virtues, and look for meanin’ elsewhere.”
Ryan admired Eli’s optimism, and smiled weakly to encourage it. “Alright, but if ye’ ever need conversation on yer walks and durin’ yer searches, I’d be happy to oblige. I live right at the corner of Pender and Pine avenue, the red-brick house. Easy to spot.”
“I guess I can imagine that.” Eli thought aloud, finding the idea interesting. “It’s weird because I really like to hear people talk, about most anything, even if someone else might see them as being snobbish. My mom says I’m far too agreeable. Listening to others is one of the best ways to learn though.”
A fond smile appeared on his lips and he nodded toward Ryan. “That’s very kind of you. I might just take you up on that one of these days--but don’t ever feel obligated.”
corafischer-wixen:
“One dead and two missing? And I thought this kitschy small town had no crime…”
“There’s crime everywhere though, right?”
Wix Meeting
Addie shrugged, “I hope so, I’d like to at least meet them and know who else is nearby, you know?” she reasoned. “I have no idea how this happened. I’ve tried going back to where I think it happened to me and using spells or my abilities but nothing has happened.” she admitted. “I think that would be better as a coven, don’t you? I mean, a place where we all help each other and learn from each other seems like it could be good.” She bit her lip a little bit, “Though…do you think people will be expecting some kind of leader? Someone to be in charge?”
“Absolutely,” Elias agreed with a nod. “I’ve had luck discovering and befriending a few others, some I haven’t met before. I work for Freya, and Zaira is practically a second sister to me.” He explained, gesturing with his hands. “They should both be interested in this coven too--though Zaira can be more antisocial. I’ll try to convince her.” He showed a thoughtful frown, “Maybe it will be a spell that requires a group effort.” The warlock had no clue but he wasn’t interested in focusing on the negative. “‘Just might be something we’re all used to; having a leader... but coven’s back home are ancient, so I suppose in this case, for now, it’s better to keep titles out of it.”
“I am not drunk.” Katerina corrected, although she knew she was acting irrationally. But she was scared, even if she would never admit it. She never ended up somewhere where she didn’t mean to be, not without knowing it, and her expression softened even more. “What town is this? What’s going on?”
The fear and uncertainty was written clear on the girls face and Elias sobered from his teasing, coming to face her fully. “This is Downsville.” He realized there was a good chance she was another supernatural who appeared here out of the blue. No wonder she appeared so out of place. “Oh, it’s this Fall Festival they throw every year. Nothing to worry about, everyone’s having a good time. My name’s Elias. I’m a wix,” The blond risked it, figuring a human wouldn’t understand.
A Quiet Corner || Zaira & Elias
Dark orbs with heavy lashes gazed back into Elias’ hazel eyes, strong breath skirting across the warlocks throat, while the beasts flexible ears flicked aside pesky flies hovering over head. The horse had approached the small wix from the opposite side of the stable, eagerly, as he craved a taste of the apple slices and carrots offered from the boys hands. Elias smiled, tickled when the thick whiskers grazed his outstretched fingers. He admired horses, the few he’d come to interact with throughout his life, to the blond they epitomized strength and beauty in one. Most of the stallions and mares were hidden in the far corners of their stables so it felt right to give out treats and put them at ease with gentle pets.
“Can we take this one home?” Elias asked, looking to Zaira who wasn’t too far from his side. “I hope we get to see the clydesdale’s, they’re amazing.”
