A couple of overdue New Year’s things! I feel like we all could use a Lazarus Pit to resurrect our desiccated bodies and souls left from 2020...I know I could. Here’s to hoping 2021 will be better.

A little late posting this here, but I had the great honor to make a piece for Daisuke Tsuji, the voice of Jin Sakai in Ghost of Tsushima! He requested something with Ray Fisher’s Cyborg and Jin fighting off some enemies. Had a LOT of fun doing this one and I’m so glad I got to create something special with these two awesome characters.

I am not dead! Just haven’t been using Tumblr to post work lately. Moving forward, I will probably just be putting full illustrations up on the blog which means updates will be pretty slow. In any case, I wanted to show this piece I did for @bat-famzine! I’m so so late revealing it here, but there ya go. The zine itself came out so beautifully, I’m honored I got to be a part of it :)

Slipping back onto the blog to share this finished commission. Another one done for overseer195 and his Amazon Corps universe! The request was for a cover remake of the original 1996 Requiem cover by Ed Benes (the bottom image). I am forever grateful to this client for being so patient with me, this one took a while!

Donation commissions done over the past couple of weeks. There were seven slots; all filled and with some overflow! There’s still a lot to do to make real change happen, but it was really touching seeing people take this first step.

I’ve been drawing a LOT of D&D stuff that’s actually up on my Instagram, but I keep forgetting to put them here! I definitely wanted to post these ones here though, since you can see the entire image of each one. Top to bottom, my characters: Lanval (Archfey warlock), Alectus (blood hunter), and Victorien (paladin).

Hello yes I am not dead! Just not very active on here anymore, but I do like having a place to put the full illustrations and series that I finish. These go with the others here

And that wraps up that series for now (no I hadn’t planned on doing everyone; this was mostly done for myself). It was fun drawing out the different masks! My family actually has a couple and I’ve always wanted to do something with them, heirlooms are the best.

I took part in my first D&D session a couple of weeks ago and yeah. I’m kind of hooked. Shiny new character I can make stories for! This is Lanval, a half-elf warlock with an Archfey pact and he is a hot mess (the other character is my buddy’s!). One day, he will actually land one of his Eldritch Blasts and roast an enemy...all he seems to do is miss right now because my rolls are always low ha

I know I said I was going to cut back on the fanart, but this pandemic sucks so much and the atmosphere is so heavy now that I had to draw something stupid fun to bring my spirits up. I hope it can raise yours a little, too! (Remember: buy only what you need; panic-buying does not help)

A couple of stabby stab medieval OCs because I watched Castlevania season 3 and it has put me in a Mood. I know I’ve been pretty inactive on here (sorry if I’ve been late with messages! I just don’t check as often now). I’m definitely more active on Instagram, but finished art series and complete artworks will always get posted here!

Epic commissions for overseer195 on Twitter and IG! The second image was actually done a few months and I just now realized I had never posted it here (right? I think it’s not here...but if it is, oh well, you get to see it two times). The project is called Amazon Corps and takes place on another Earth; I really love the idea behind it, would totally read or watch if it became a thing.

I’ve had these character designs sitting in a folder for about a year...after rediscovering them, I figured why not do something with them, they look like they’ve got a story! My notes for the red guy say he’s a “fighting librarian” and the arm bands denote his librarian rank. I’ve got some world-building to do.
