Try and keep that feeling. Because, if it goes… you’ll never get it back.

Think of the happiest things. It’s the same as having wings.

self care is getting so drunk that you forget you hate yourself
“My mind said, ‘stay where you are,’ but my heart said, ‘I want to be with her,’ and tried to crawl out of my body.”

xrosebyname:
“Mysteries are meant to be solved, Murray.” She said teasingly. Rose poured herself another goblet of wine still facing Xander. She opened her mouth to make another teasing comment when her eyes caught some one blonde walk in, and her chest quickened.
The witch walked in alone, but Rose knew that she wouldn’t be for long. Rose pulled the goblet to her lips and took a large gulp, her throat bobbed. Elinor + Rose weren’t known to be friendly. Where Elinor was delicate, where as Rose was crass + clad in leopard print. Rose’s eyes flickered back to Xander, nodded with a shaky smile.
Eyebrows raised at the grin that Rose had given him, but didn’t turn to look. He had known her long enough to understand who the face was connected to, years only making the divide between the two even stronger. It was at least something that the herbal witch could relate to, some people were just not meant to get along.
“You had to know she would be here,” he said as the drink touched his lips, hues sparkling from the reflection in the cup. That was how it worked with any of the major parties and typically Xander was at the center of it all.
elinor-darling:
Nora came over holding a cottage pie her mother sent her with. Her mind was reeling from it all; she hasn’t been able to say a word since she heard on the radio. It happened so fast, and the world shifted for her best friend. She’s made the walk down high street many times from her’s, but today it seemed endless.
Shock still gripped at her heart as she stood outside his bedroom door, she didn’t have any words for him. She lifted her hand to knock after feeling useless waiting, the pie getting cold.
A soft rasp at the door, “Xander?” Her voice shook as she heard his name on her lips. His parents were gone, whilst she just came from her’s.
A creaking sound gently swept through the house and Xander quickly held his breath, still not ready to go back to reality. The anxiety swelled in his chest as the steps grew closer to his bedroom door before the pause, heart racing and doing his best to not breath. ‘I’m not here, I’m invisible. I no longer exist and I, too, shall become the earth,’ a burning tear down his face suddenly at the sound of Nora’s voice.
‘I am the earth,’ repeated in his head and willed himself not to feel anything, to let the numbness take him over. If he didn’t say anything, not as if he could bring himself to do so now, it would all go back to normal. His eyes closed tighter as the door creaked open to his room and he could feel her presence, the shaking deep in her bones, ‘This cannot be real.’
