I purged the chips and rice crispy treat, that was my first time purging in prabably 3-4 years, I had heard so many bulimia stories and I decided to stop. It wasn't as bad as i rembember. I just had two pork tostadas, and I think I'm going to purge that, do you have any advice or things you wish you knew before you started purging (I dont want jacked up teeth aha)

Try this easy workout, it’s the one kpop idols do.
The idols abs are called 11 abs.
You have to do it three times a day:
One time in the morning, one during the day and one before bed.
Workout:
-> 1 min elbow plank
-> 10 normal crunches
-> 10 angled position crunches
-> 10 straight leg position crunches
-> 15 leg raises
Repeat this three times, so three sets in total.
I think it’s a very easy workout to go through.
I need about 9 min to go through the three sets.
But I gotta tell you it burns after the first day, but keep going, you got this and it will get better over time.
Also dont forget to stretch your core throughout the workout (I stretch after every set).
