i just want to make it known that i -love- old web archive blogs, sites, collections, etc. i’m HONORED to be included in these archives. i hope it never stops. the biggest reason my deviantART is still public is for things like this.

every few days i get a notification from dA that someone added my stuff to their “old web inspo” favorites collection and i feel good. i go see their other favorites and see my longtime friends, all of my original inspirations right next to my art too.

it feels very special and i am genuinely appreciative of being included.

I painted this 5 years ago today. Around this time is when I feel like there was a major pivot in my art style and skill. I consider this a significant point in my art journey and this is one of my top 10 favorite creations.
