They do. Every child needs their mother no matter how old they are. I hope they do but my youngest has the hardest time to get used to the new situation and it hurts to feel guilty for it. Thank you. You do too.

You’re right Sofia. She’ll understand when she’s older. It’s always hard for kids if their parents separate but they’ll understand and get over it. Don’t feel guilty, the perfect family is very rare these days. Thanks.

They’ll always need both parents but the smaller they are the more they need their mom. Mine are grown except for my youngest but I wanted her to stay with her siblings and they know they can always call me and I’m there in a few minutes.
