You know those days where everything just feels right? Good people, good times, and no worries. This was one of those days. I used to climb a lot in high school. But I’ve been fighting Crohn’s Disease for the past decade, and I’m not as active as I used to be. For the last year or two I’ve been slowly getting my strength back. Getting outside with my favorite people (@chelseaseekins & @odybearadventures) just felt so good. And it was great meeting rad people like @austinclimbing and @happylittlecamper23. (Plus running into some old friends @cameronleeanderson and @kevinkinghorn) After I got out there, I was having such a good time that I decided to just put the camera away. But I’m trying to push myself to be a better filmmaker right now, and end goal I want to be making extreme sport videos, so I forced myself to get creative and this is what I came up with. This day go me so pumped for this summer and the future. For great adventures with good people. Also pumped to get back into climbing and other outdoor sports 😬🤘🏻 (at Leavenworth, Washington)

Lately I’ve been burnt out. I’m emotionally drained. My mind is in a fog. My body is sore and tired. I feel like I’m about to break. There’s so much I want to accomplish in this live. So much I want to be. And so many obstacles in the way. Sometimes it feels impossible. Like I’ll always be this way. Like I’ll never change. Sometimes I feel like giving up. But I always put one foot in front of the other. It’s a long hard road. But it’ll be worth it in the end. I’ve been working hard - hustling like a mad man. But I’ve been struggling to keep up. I have months of photos and videos that have never seen the light of day. I think the hardest thing with staying consistent is that I want to absolutely crush it, and if I can’t do that than what’s the point in doing it all? This summer I’m just going to work on posting content consistently. Even if it’s not the best. Even if it’s just like one photo a day. Slow and steady wins the race. You can’t finish if you quit.
