I was reminded today of a quote by Dr Suess. (Theodor Seuss "Ted" Geisel)

"Think left and think right. Think low and think high. Oh! The thinks you can think if only you try".

Dr Suess, at school, was voted the least likely to succeed.

Least likely to Succeed! You cannot believe the system. So you must forge your own way.

Which made me think about the power of our mind and our thoughts. It is so important for us to have mastery over our thoughts.

Before emotions and before action, thoughts occur.

The very first thing that occurs is a thought, and from that thought comes feeling and action.

Once we have mastery over our thoughts it is very easy to change our behaviour and even our feelings.

I ask you, today, to think left and think right. Think low and think high. Oh! The thinks you can think if only you try.
