Hi, my name is Lynette and this is my Thrive Experience.
Two years ago Thrive was introduced to me I didnât know what it was or how it was forever going to change my life for the better.
I wish I could tell you what my day one, three, and day 10 were like but I honestly donât remember, my mind was in such a mental fog, all I knew is I felt better.
Within the span of one year I had lost my dad and my fianceÌ both to tragic deaths 50 weeks apart. I was in the state of grief and a friend knew what I was going through and said you need this.
Little did I know how much I really did need Thrive, here I am two years later the happiest and healthiest I have ever been. I was able to put down the energy drinks and before I knew it I was starting new family traditions instead of being unhealthy. I was finding ways to become healthier and healthier. My friend gave me hope, Thrive gave me my life back, a life I never knew could exist.
Iâve been able to create healthy relationships and go on vacations, I donât have to struggle to put food on my table every day, I have the energy to be able to keep up with my careers and keep up with my son. I have more mental clarity to keep going and pushing through to continue to keep connecting my mind body and soul.

My name is Brittney and July 28, 2017, was my very first-day Thriving!
How did this fall into my hands? I DECIDED YES FOR ME. TO INVEST IN ME! I reached out to a girl online that I was only slightly familiar with from elementary school. I said to her, "Okay, tell me about this Thrive. I'm ready." I wanted to get off the couch, (which I thought I deserved after a long day's work) get out of my after-work funk, stop excessive binge-watching Netflix, and mechanically munching on crap because I didn't give myself a proper meal all day because I was at work. I desperately wanted to parent my kids, not the tablets or TVs; I WANTED THOSE MOMENTS AND MEMORIES!
The first week I was SOLD FOREVER and so were my kids. They saw the change in me. I went from the couch and moping around to jumping on the trampoline, riding bikes, going to the park, being more active with them in their moments.Â
One year into Thriving and I reclaimed my life. I pushed myself and my body more. I slowly started walking, then jogging short sprints, now to running indoors or outdoors. I love morning runs before the house wakes up. I love rewarding my body with premium nutrition. I never thought I would be that person. I used to be the person with 7 alarms going off in an hour span to get me "woke up" hahaha not no more.
It's been a bit over 3 years and I can say, I'm a completely different person, the level of confidence I was able to build in myself and trust within myself in 3 years has been amazing. It is life-changing! No wonder they call it a LIFESTYLE CHANGE- that is 1000%, not a lie. It's amazing that you just need some water and vitamins added to your set routine and surely your nutritional gaps will be filled. Leaving you not feeling less than. Your significant other will see it, your kids will see it, your boss, your friends, your teacher; however you will FEEL IT!
I can tell you over and over what Thrive has done for me, however, every BODY is different so this is just the structure of your beautiful journey. Say yes. Invest in your own self. You deserve it. Absolutely! Spoil yourself.
Reach out to that Thrive guy or girl that cares about you so much. Tell them, "Okay, okay tell me all the things, because I'm ready."
I'm so happy I said yes 3 years ago and never looked back. I would still be a sad, couch-loving, Netflix binging mom with a butt load of worry and stress on my heart, still wondering if I'm doing anything right.
