Hey, new girl.  the bingo thing has to do with the point system.  you get a card full of tasks and you do said tasks and once you get a bingo you get points.  if you fill your entire card you get even more points.  Points are necessary for stuff like... going off campus, getting a job, getting a pet, being able to enter a claim, and graduation.  You, my dear, are too late to enter into said bingo event.
