Crispin’s proposal was rejected with arguments regarding matters of duty.

With Daemon, Rhaenyra not only does she propose to him herself, but completely forgets/doesn’t give a damn that she is the Crown. 😂

Which goes to show you, this was never about her not wanting to leave behind her duties or her position as Heir to the Iron Throne and sail away somewhere with someone she loves.

This was about how she never wanted Crispin. She has always wanted Daemon. Rhaenyra was willing to ride off with Daemon and marry him without her father’s consent, knowing that there would be a good chance for him to disinherit her.
