A sketch-blog thing. Lately it all seems to keep looping around semi-formed mythologies and histories about the Origins of Things, where whole narratives and meanings have been forgotten or misplaced. These histories and theories play around their own internal logics - roughly based on the absurdities of our own, maybe, involving the origins of the Universe and whatnot - which make sense within themselves, but may in fact be complete and utter nonsense.

Time has been doing that thing it does, and a stack of ancestor-like drawings has happened between then and now. Lately I’ve been into drawing nightdeer ancestor-things. I think they tend the matter that the other ancestors gather and rebuild...sort of like maintenance gardeners...maybe.

 Forty-nine illustrations done for A.M. Henry’s fourth tale, and the end isn’t too far off (I think. Have yet to be given the final few chapters, so who knows?).
