❥ talk to a loved one!

❥ go shopping for trinkets / clothes (or anything, really.)

❥ build a lego set

❥ workout!

❥ finish assignments that are due / homework

❥ tidy up your area / clean!

❥ tend / start a collection

❥ do research / start a project

❥ make goals!

ex : read x amount of books, do all your work, walk x amount of steps, lose x amount of kg

The person you want to become is not built through comfort,she’s built through pain through hunger through sacrifice you have to ask yourself how bad you want how bad do you want you dream body you’ve craved forever let you crave that more than food,do it for the bikini body,for the envious stares,do it for the sculpted face,for the light and dainty body,for the thigh gap,the flat stomach with light abs,every outfit looking sublime,do it for the thigh gap,for the model body,and most importantly to respect the person you see in the mirror and be satisfied with yourself to reach your full potential and be proud! It will pay off.

fasting until tomorrow, also my scale is so annoying it fluctuates so much but my other scale is more accurate it’s says i’ve now hit 113.6 even tho i still feel fat

breakfast : coffee with dark chocolate almond milk, ate some dinner (half a slice of ham, mashed potatoes and green beans), then had seaweed and TWO fibre 1 bars 😞 then mini eggs and a cadbury creme egg but purg3d most of them up
