Cool As A Cucumber Soup

1 cucumber, chopped, 1 celery stalk, chopped, 1/4c fresh lemon juice, 1 Tbsp hemp seeds, 1Tbsp dill weed. Place all ingredients in a blender, blend till smooth. Serve chilled. Will last in the refrigerator for 2 days.
