PMS PMDS Faces & Phases

My bachelor degree project was in graphic design, a booklet with the aim to lift taboo from a subject that is not getting enough attention, PMS and PMDD.

The reason why I chose to work with this is because I am provoked by the lack of research about diseases related to menstruation. PMS is something that affects almost all women even if the symptoms can be mild, PMDD affects between 2–8 % of all women. The content of the booklet is objective and subjective with information and visualizations where persons with PMS or PMDD has manifested through their stories and self-portraits.

Graphic Profile

The graphic profile for our student degree exhibition Framework. The exhibition took place in Vandalorum, Värnamo. This was a collaboration with Johanna Runesson, Matilda Becerra and Amanda Dahlgren. The graphic profile includes posters and invitations in three different appearances. Photographs for the background by Ellen Ekström.

The Abundant Seed

A restaurant concept where all the abundant food from stores, farms and bakeries get taken care of.

This project is an idea of a more sustainable future where we take care of our left over food instead of throwing it away. This was a collaboration with Elsa Hulu, Lisa Van Rens, Michele Valentini and Anqi Song.

Concept about how something small in our everyday life can have a bigger meaning and impact on us than what we let it have. This is a coffee table book with photos of coffee stains. The context for this book is on a coffee table in a coffee shop, where the costumer can contemplate stains. Preferably while they make their own stains in the book.

Origin

The sphere shape comes through at every angle it is viewed from. It holds magazines in the library, office or at home. Origin can favourably be combined in rows and/or with different colours.
