#Day4 Asses the damage. Lol. This isn't funny but it is. I got on the scale and I'm like 200 pounds. I said I wasn't going to get on but I got on right after I ate. I was super depressed and ready to have a pity party. Like I was on the verge of crying . I didn't want to work out, but I did. Somehow.
