Introducing Sims 4 Studio for Mac: Appleseed

It’s HERE! It’s been a long time coming, and we’re really excited to bring a Mac CC tool to the Sims 4 community. This is a versatile tool for making custom content for Sims 4, and batch-fixing your Sims 4 custom content. As those familiar with Sims 4 Studio will note, the Mac version does not have all the features of the Windows version. If there is interest in the Mac version, more features will be added over time.

This version does have a few features not yet added to the Windows version, including the ability to filter the thumbnail list by game pack.

It also contains a full resource editor that can edit any Sims 4 .package resource (CAS, Build/Buy, etc.)

Please note, this tool is the first Mac custom content tool for Sims 4, and it is a beta tool. What that means is that it is going to have bugs until it is being used by a community of Mac users who let us know when they run into an issue that needs work. No one on this team regularly uses a Mac so improvement of this tool will require some effort on the part of the Mac Studio community. If running into a bug while using an app bothers you, then this isn’t the version for you - wait until it has been community tested first.

Completely new house! With addition coming up I need space for a crib and Nikita is now YA(pictures of birthday coming up) so I made his house now. I had to stray away from 5x5, but it’s still only 25 squares so I don’t really consider that breaking the rules.
