So this is more of a post for me. Thoughts I just gotta get out about everything that's come out about Dragon Age the Veilguard as of late!
My rambles begin below
Let me start by saying Dragon Age the Veilguard deserved better! And so did the devs!
I've gone through waves of different emotions over the last few months! On my first playthough, I loved it! Loved the characters, the environments and my first Rook especially! I cried probably non-stop during the final act. It was an amazing experience!
Then the art book came out, and we saw what we could have had. By then I had started making new Rooks and replaying the game multiple times. It was in these runs that the cracks started to show.
Eventually, playing the game became so bittersweet for me that I couldn't do it without feeling sad. I wanted to love the game like I did in my first run, and I just couldn't. The more that came out of what the development was like the more upset I was at the higher ups and how difficult they made it for the devs.
My only comfort was that we got a beautiful single-player game and not a live service game!
Now, in the last two weeks as EA has been sharing stats and their reasoning, not to mention the lay offs, I'm angry!
I have NEVER once hated Veilguard! In fact, I've loved it through all the emotional highs and lows. It was a 7 year wait for me, and I can't bring myself to find criticisms of it anymore.
Right now all I want to do is continue my playthroughs and just appreciate the beautiful game for what it is! Take it back from EA's greedy hands!
So, in closing, despite its flaws I love Veilguard, and Dragon Age still means a lot to me! No greedy company or business decisions can change that!
I know that my feelings are not going to be universal! Everyone else has had their own experiences with this game, both good and bad, and that's okay! (Unless your critisims are in bad faith, you know who you grifters are!) I just needed to talk about it for a moment!

Hello everyone! I made a character sheet in the Veilguard aesthetic via official UI. The template can be used for any Dragon Age protagonist. The Photoshop file is organised and should be easy to navigate, though if you need help, feel free to reach out to me.

Choose between sexuality and status
Some important objects/layers are locked to not be moved accidentally. Before editing the category within the groups make sure to unlock that layer first.

Being ace but loving fictional romance in video games can be so challenging sometimes. Particularly when some of my player characters are as well.
I've rewritten so many scenes or dialogue in my head so they make sense for my characters comfortabilty level. Not to mention wanting to interact in fandoms spaces and talk about the romances but struggling to connect with things because while i adore them, I experience the romances in a different way.

I'm not a Volt player. He's not even in my top 10 frames, but romancing Amir is really tempting me to start playing him more so I have an excuse to get the Gemini skin!
