So, I'm super-late to the party, but I decided to give #inktober a try this year. I doubt I'll get through all 31 days, but I'll do as many as I can. @craigjs and I got home on Saturday from an AMAZING trip to #waltdisneyworld to celebrate our 10-year wedding anniversary. We had such a wonderful time, and I was very brave and tried some new things - mainly roller coasters! Turns out I really like them, even though my face in the first picture says otherwise. For the past couple of weeks, we've had a delightful little daily visitor to our window. We've dubbed this little female Ruby-Throated Hummingbird appropriately, 'Ruby', and every time she stops by is magical. With our special 10-year wedding Anniversary Disney trip coming up in a few months, I wanted to make it really special. After seeing some neat custom Mickey Ears on YouTube, I thought to myself... I can totally do that! So I did, after having to restrain myself for weeks to get all my Doll North stuff done first. I'm super-pleased with how these turned out, especially for my first pair.
