On a serious note, to my dude followers; it’s alright to cry, it’s alright to talk about crying, it’s alright to feel hurt by things, it’s alright to feel like a failure, it’s alright to be scared, it’s alright to have emotions.

What’s NOT alright is to bottle all your shit out until you explode, hurting yourself or others.

Take time to find comfortable outlets for your emotions, talk to friends or family (or even a professional) about how you’re feeling, if you’ve got a lot of frustration bottled up literally sitting down and having a good cry is healthy. Don’t let anyone tell you that you need to “man up” or any shit like that.

Nobody is expected to be strong 24/7.

You can be the person who’s there for everyone else and is strong most of the time, but make sure you’re taking care of yourself as well, mentally and emotionally, not just physically.
