-New York City Sessions-
My Excitement for moving to NYC is through the roof. I can truly say that something within that city makes my heart race. While I was in New York, I did a number of shoots... My vision was to be inspired by the people and the streets while pushing my editing style to different levels.Â
These shoots consisted of vibrant colors, head shots, promo shots for an upcoming artist, the 90′s fashion trend all while never losing the true beauty of the subject.Â
I am also starting a series of photos where I take an image of the subject and merge it with a photo of the same neighborhood the subject photo was taken. These images will be for purchase within the next few weeks.Â
As a viewer, you can expect HUGE things from my photography... I PROMISE to push the boundaries and push myself in perfecting my craft!Â
Subjects: Michael Rivera + Elia Esparza + Kyler Fletcher + Alejandro Alba

Gearing up for the big move to the big apple and reflecting on this past year’s work. When you trust God... He opens doors! Why live a life of timidity and fear?Â
TRUST. BE BOLD. and LET GO. Life is fun... Learn to enjoy it!Â
It’s always fun crossing paths with people in odd ways... You must learn to view every interaction with a purpose and opportunity. Whether you meet someone at a coffee shop, the mall, a restaurant... anywhere... treat each person as an opportunity to work together! I want to get places in life by helping one another!Â
Gage has a bright future in the industry and it was a blast being able to help him get his portfolio off the ground.Â

Over the years, I have had the opportunity to expand my art with some amazing people that I’ve met. Shelby Shaw is one of these people. We have become great friends over the years and always LOVE working with her and designer/stylist Elia DeLeon. Our chemistry when shooting is through the roof!
Her producers wanted to add more sex appeal and edginess to this particular session and I feel as if we did so... all while keeping her beautiful face the focus of each frame.Â

A Bold Texas girl with a smile that lights up a room.Â
I truly enjoy every session in a different way...but this particular one was very dear to my heart. I've grown up with Alissa since we were in middle school and to see her drive and passion for life is nothing short of inspiring. It's not often that you run into someone who truly takes chances and risks in their careers. Those are the people who get opportunities that are extraordinary.Â
We as artist must learn to take risks! No matter if you are a dancer (like Alissa), a painter, a photographer, a poet, a designer, a song writer or in whatever art you choose...The beauty of our profession is that there is room for trial and error. Allow your mind to go places and begin executing... There is greatness inside of you and remember there is room for us all! Competition isn't a bad thing... but the best competition is competing against yourself to be a better you.
In this session, I aimed to capture the genuineness of Alissa's smile and the warmth in her eyes. She is a charming woman and her charm was easy to capture!Â

Kati + Aaron
What a fun wedding! These guys really know how to have a good time and the bride knew how to pay attention to detail! It paid off!Â
I always love when couples put their personal stamp on their special day! Kati and Aaron decided to meet back to back in a courtyard and read special letters that they had written for each other. This moment was a very special one… seeing how much they cared for each other as they read each word was an awesome moment as a photographer and friend of theirs.Â
Best of wishes to the newly married couple! Cheers!Â

I always count it as a blessing to work with such talented people in my life! Will has a VERY bright future in modeling and it was a complete blast being able to work with him along the way. In life, you have to find what makes you tick and RUN after that particular thing. Many people will not believe in you or may even make fun of you for following something that seems unattainable. TUNE THOSE PEOPLE OUT and surround yourself with people who encourage you! Life is too short to not follow your heart. See you at the top my friends.Â

KATY + DUSTY
Talk about a good time! Katy and Dusty were such a fun couple to photograph! It was an absolutely beautiful ceremony filled with love, laughter and a LOT of dancing! Cheers to many years of happiness my friends!Â
What an awesome shoot with Baylor University senior Brooke Roy! She was a complete natural in front of the camera and she knew exactly what to do! I love when my job is easy! :) Congrats on your accomplishment Brooke!Â
MEAGAN + CLINT
This Dallas engagement session was exploding with love! Watching these two interact was a blast and I can't wait to be a part of their big day together. There is nothing like watching a couple just hysterically laugh with each other! This is the real deal! :)Â
Talk about a beautiful, thought out, quirky, fun, tasteful wedding! Jacob and Julia have a fun/different sense of style and those are some of the funnest types of wedding to be a part of! One thing that I can say without a shadow of doubt is that these two LOVE each other! Oh yeah, they have some fun friends too! From the elegant bridal gown to the out of the box groom's outfit… I loved shooting this wedding. More to come!Â
What an amazing photo shoot with a stunningly beautiful bride! Jessica Ellis isn't your typical traditional bride in the least bit! She decided to do a release of her bridal portraits before her wedding! With her electric hair and eclectic style, she had one of the most memorable photo sessions in League City, Texas. In one of the photos you will see that she is holding a rosary made of flowers, her late grandmother held the same rosary in her bridal portraits… It was great to incorporate her legacy in our photo session.Â
I had a complete blast working with Michael and Allaire on their special day on New Years Eve! I can't wait to get to editing the rest of the wedding and reception! This wedding was classy and elegant… I was honored to be a part!Â
INSPIRATION
Finally getting the chance to catch up on work! While I was in NYC, I spent the majority of my time drawing inspiration from the city. I realized that in the midst of all of the people, the rush, and the chaos a certain trend was catching my eye... and that thing was SIMPLICITY.Â
As an artist... It's truly a mission to stand out from the rest... Many of us think that more things added to a photo will make it unique and stand tall above others... Not always true.Â
The things that were captivating to me were images of models/subjects that were simple and that let the subject speak... Speak in body language and facial expressions. LESS IS MORE!Â
As I walked down the streets, I stumbled upon artists painting and I even would pull inspiration from them. The precision and focus on their piece in the midst of so much going on around them was creating a beautiful artistic dissonance. I almost didn't understand it...how they were zoning out the noise around them... but I realized... they were getting lost in their art.
ZERO distractions... honed in.Â
