Iâm happy that you enjoyed the events that weâve hosted here, and definitely, we couldnât thank everyone enough in return for making them fun too. Itâs great to see what participants created and offered in regards to all those antics on the dash, so you certainly deserve as much credit here. Providing an outlet for others to express themselves freely and their muses really is the goal we had for the FERPC in general.
In any case, Iâm also glad to hear that youâre running your own events too! Coming from personal experience, it really is a lot to take in, so do give yourself a pat on the back. And no worries -- things can be hit and miss, so itâs pretty much something to learn from for the future. Weâll see how things go, but anyway, thank you so much again and hope all is well!

Honestly, it warms my heart to see messages like this, and Iâm glad to know all our efforts donât go to waste. So long as you enjoyed the events and had good interactions out of them, itâs all worth it. Heck, maybe you even made new friends out of them! I hope you did! Thatâs the reason weâve done them after all.
Even if itâs not in the same fandom, do keep us posted on your event plans and how that goes along. I know that at least I would like to see what comes of it. Just make sure you have a team of motivated people you can trust! That sort of stuff is key to making an event succeed. Youâll figure everything out, even if you stumble a little along the way. Trust me, weâve done that plenty ourselves.
As for this summer, all of us are rather busy and a bit low-energy, especially considering current circumstances. Weâre talking over the idea of doing something small that wonât require insane amounts of commitment from everyone, and that includes the FE community s a whole. Weâre not the only ones who are busy and a bit burnt out by current events, we know, and itâs not as likely people will have the time or focus for something huge. Maybe just some nice settings and sentence starters as something for people to start up interactions with, but nothing too crazy. Weâll let you all know more as we figure it out.
Just make sure you take care of yourself most of all, and donât overdo it. Itâs about fun for everyone. Make it enjoyable for all, even yourself, and thank you again for your sweet words! It legitimately makes me smile when I look at them!
