Facebook successes -- the problem with Facebook is that if the post is not public, you won't be able to see it when you search a hashtag, therefore, these are the posts I could see from my account. Gotta roll with the punches.
Twitter successes -- a variety of posts from twitter hashtagged with #embodyheartbreak
Not as many thoughtful entries as I expected, but good participation nonetheless.
Instagram successes -- From being sketched by my roommate when her phone died, to beaing featured on Humans of UTD on Facebook, these were the highlights on Instagram.
A taste of what went down -- it was a beautiful experience I'll always cherish.
Thanks to all who participated and even just stopped long enough to take a glance. It's hard to stop people, I've learned, but hope is not lost.
Today's the day
About an hour until showtime and I couldn't be more excited. I've worked over two week on this, so I'm hoping for the best. I'll post back afterwards with any interesting results I find.
Posters are being made and things are getting finalized. Hashtag has been social media'd and I'm ready. Tomorrow is showtime.

Test Run
Just did a test run with Chris of chrstphrwng.tumblr.com as my photographer. My toenail polish has rubbed away from being barefoot, but good art never came from perfection and comfort.
4 days until showtime
Outfit should be here tomorrow and speakers are being tested out today. Facebook event should also go up today. Choreography is in the works. It's almost time to embody heartbreak.

"My head's underwater, but I'm breathing fine"
Where it all began. I'm undertaking a task that will test my body and soul. To become the visual representation of heartbreak that my audience will be able to react to.
Things are still in the works, but it's coming together at every turn.
Perhaps some day I'll crawl back home, beaten, defeated. But not as long as I can make stories out of my heartbreak, beauty out of sorrow.
