Rainbow Honeydew Melon Slices
What I did here -
1) Use a small paring knife, remove all the flesh of the melon. Puree then drain 2) Cook melon puree on low heat, add agar agar powder and a touch of sugar. This melon is super sweet. So not much sugar is needed 3) Divide cooked puree into six portions. Add food coloring, one color at the time. 4) When set, cut rainbow honeydew melon into slices and serve. Quick refreshing and delicious (Because I love honeydew melon a lot lol)
