At the mention of the dizziness also being down to the alcohol, Izzy groaned. âI fucked up. What do I do to make it stop?â She lifted her head just enough and grasped the glass of water, taking a few sips, welcoming the cool liquid as it slipped down her throat. She was really starting to regret her decision of heading to the bar now. She should have got herself checked out, gone home and got some rest but alas, hindsight is a wonderful thing.
âI think you may be right.â The brunette agreed, still nursing the water. âWhy does it take so long to show symptoms? I honestly felt fine earlier.â Sighing, she took a few more sips before placing the glass back down, willing the room to stop spinning.
âYou drink this water and then go home and sleep,â Emilia stated plainly, though a smile then crept onto her face. Emilia was glad when Isabella decided to drink the water, she hoped it would make some difference at least. âHey, we all learn our lessons, sometimes thatâs the hard way,â she chastised lightly. Emilia couldnât blame the girl, sheâd definitely ignored medical advice before, even her own.Â
âThe brain is a very weird thing,â Emilia mused. âPlus you were probably in shock for a little while there,â she added. âWe should probably go somewhere with less flashing lights and loud noises,â she explained, now feeling like she couldnât just leave Izzy on her own, a concussion and a hangover were not going to be a pretty mix.
