Remember that accents matter!
If you meet a strange creature in Spain that points to you and your friends saying:
... “cómo estás” - they are probably friendly.
... “como estas” - you should probably run.

Dutton Ranch minor spoilers
Oreana Lynn… Jackson? Holy Shakespeare, Batman. ( I smell a Romeo and Juliet plot)
I know it would be overkill, but a part of me wants Thimble to attune to the Bracers of Oak and Birch and just one-shot everything that comes along
Sometimes I feel the “engagement” sickness from other platforms and feel anxious when I leave a post that is slow to pick up notes, but then I remember that, outside of a few fandoms, most of my mutuals are just folks who like to share cat pics and happen to be queer and/or neurodivergent like me.
Hearing Brandon Lake and Nick Jonas’s song for the first time after watching a Nick Jonas movie is wild
I freely admit that I had low expectations going into Masters of the Universe, but as soon as I saw Idris, things started looking up and in the end, it was a genuinely enjoyable movie. All of the nostalgia is balanced with a modern framework. Changing attitudes in masculinity are addressed but it’s never heavy handed. Mostly it’s a fun, funny badass action movie. Totally worth the two hours.
PS there are 3 mid/post credit scenes
Nick Jonas’s version is as pretty and slick as you expect from a boy band veteran. Paul Rudd brings devastating vulnerability to the same lyrics and for a songwriter like me that’s kind of the point of the movie
Ashley’s characters can’t sneak for anything
After watching Tyranny, I should have remembered how effortlessly Aspirants changed form.
I lost count of the Easter eggs in the latest Scary Movie. And yes it’s silly and over the top, but I promise there’s more social commentary than the pronoun controversy in the trailer and there are plenty of genuinely funny moments (to me anyway).
Now I need to go watch The Substance which is one of the few movies/shows they parodied that I haven’t seen yet.
Tyranny’s knife continues the pattern of the newest player around the table receiving the most badass piece of magic and lore.
Whitney: I wish I knew what that was. It sounds so sick!
Tyranny’s falling out with Wick at the end of the fight was some great role playing by Whitney
today i just (remembers to maintain privacy online) did something really cool. you have to trust me
Thimble vs the Knight of Seremai was so personal.
I love the names Morgaine and Gwen for NPCs at an inn that is not called Camelot
