Heaven gained a new angel. Last night my grandmother, Zoila Rosa, passed away during the night. I think I felt it. Or at least I felt something. I was riding the bus home last night listening to Celine Dion on my phone. As the bus neared my stop, I felt something touch my shoulder. At first, I thought another passenger must have bumped me, but I looked around and realized that the bus was empty except for me and the driver. The feeling was warm, gentle, and calming. And it stayed with me as I got off the bus and walked home. Anyway, she is at peace and she's with my great-grandmother. I now have two angels watching over me. My grandmother, Zoila Rosa, continues to be in a coma on life support. Nothing has changed. Very little brain activity and heart function. She has coded and been revived 5 times already. It was a difficult decision, but we cannot bear to see her suffer any longer. We signed a no resuscitation order. However, she continues to be on life support for now. Only time will tell.
