Isis King is eager to make a name for herself in the competitive art scene in the city of Boroughsburg. Problem is, she doesn't know anyone in town and she's super shy. To add, moving to the new town left her broke. Begrudgingly, she sets aside her dream and takes an easy job as a Lab Tech. Her gardening skills came in handy for this one! "This is a piece of cake!", she thought before she met her new boss, Markus Kresnik. Markus was hired as the new Genetic Resequencer after earning a degree in Science and Medicine.

The first thing she noticed as he walked into the lab was his deathly pale skin and dazzling red eyes. "Rule number one. Always keep the lab clean." She quickly came to learn than Markus was a know-it-all control freak. A job that seemed to be a breeze was now becoming a storm with the constant critiques from the odd but handsome man.

"I'll just quit after I earn enough to get me through the next few weeks." She concluded...but something made her want to stay despite his nagging.

"Yes...I am a vampire." He revealed his secret expecting her to cower in fear or run away...but she did the opposite. Isis bombarded him with questions about coffins, garlic, and sparkling in the sun. "I burn by the way."

Maybe working in the lab is not as bad as she thought. But, will her unnatural interest in the mysterious vampire cause her to lose site of her goals? Well, the clock is ticking for her!

LE PEN

The morning after the fishing trip Margot aged up to a Teen! She's the first teen in Pointoutbacker, and is currently Neat, Proper, Artistic and Athletic. She has joined the cheerleading team at her high school.

Also, neither Marie nor Pierre rolled any Midlife crisis wishes in the past 3 in game days, and when I get back to them it would have ended.

I won't be playing with the Le Pens for a bit because other households are now fairly far behind on their rotations (Le Pens being at 8 weeks, and the others at 5 weeks, and a couple still on their 1-3 week. I have only played with 12/30 households placed down and will try to play with 3 more so that I can say at least 1/2 the town has progressed in some way.)

I'm playing the Moreau's next for two weeks, and my main goal really is to age up their baby and get a few of their toddler skills in.
