I have so many scheduled posts that have been releasing on my youtube, but I've been too socially burnt out to cross post anything. I'm going to try to be better because…

I'm producing a podcast on creative audio fiction and discussion on sound design and the creative process! I'm currently banking episodes to ensure consistent output once it's released. It's hard to find work, and I'mma do this as an act of love for the creative process and to showcase my work, but if I were to set up a kofi or patreon would that be something folks'd be interested in?

I'd need to figure out what best to give out on a patreon though. Extended NSFW versions of audios are a given (hehe) but I'm also thinking of doing line read requests for folks, hosting little online events like VN read-a-longs or What the Dub, that sorta thing.

I'd appreciate any feedback folks'd have! The first mini series is musically scored ASMR where the listener is transformed into a doll familiar by a witch very at the end of her rope. An original story inspired by @absentwriterdoll , it expands on my novel series as I'm writing it, Labyrinth of Eververdant. The first book is in its *cough*seventh?*cough* draft, and should be coming out this year. If this sounds up your alley, then I hope that you'll look forward to when it's released!🦇💜

A doll curls up on the couch underneath a pile of blankets, tears dripping from its chin.

It is shivering, and it only gets to be distracted from its runny nose by its raspy coughs

A witch brings it tea but the taste and the warmth makes the doll cry even more.

This doll has not had the chance to Become yet, it is still a being made of flesh, and this illness has made that fact all too apparent to the doll.

It cries, and it coughs, and it cries still more.

It detests this body, for many reasons, but it has no way of ignoring it right now. Everything is so horribly wet. It has no faulty parts to mend, no simple fixes to improve this feeling. All it can do it wait for wellness to come.

It would gladly trade this feeling for the fragility of a proper doll's body. It would rather be broken into a hundred repairable pieces than spend one more day as a pile of wet flesh and mucus.

A doll and a witch having written 1094 stories.

Today makes 1095.

...

A year off, the witch muses to her doll.

...

A year is a long time.

For three years asofar, they've been writing stories everyday.

Or, well, almost everyday. That's what their backlog is there for. To support them during those days when they can't come up with a story, and to not let go to waste those times when they can come up with more than one.

But, to think, that they have lasted this long doing daily stories.

The witch sighs. The doll puts a hand on her head.

Three years.

1095 stories.

...

And now they're committing to a year off, even if they're hesitant to.

...

How long will their backlog grow during that year?

Will it even grow at all?

Would it be enough to sustain them for another three years?

How long will they be doing this for?

Forever?

...

The witch smiles to herself. The doll tilts its head.

They'll never become famous.

They will never grow beyond their small audience.

But... That's okay.

They've never had such dreams of grandeur.

The witch chuckles at herself. The doll smiles.

Nevertheless, it has all been worth the endeavour.

Three years.

A year off.

And, hopefully, many more such cycles to come.

...

Here's to their continued survival.
