Emira Dursun came into the world with a smile on her face and she was a happy baby. Happy baby turned into a happy kid, a happy kid into a happy teenager and she didn’t take any of it for granted. She was content with her life, even with being an only child but that didn’t bother her too much. Growing up in more of a traditional Turkish household was hard at times, but Emira loved her parents and admired them constantly. Knowing that they didn't come from much, they still immigrated to the United States to give her a better life and she wanted to make them proud.

Emira easily made friends at school and was a smart student, having fun as well as keeping her head in the books. Going into her junior year of high school, she got recognized for her beauty. Emira was always told how pretty she was by everyone but now she was gonna get paid for it. Her parents didn’t like the idea of her wanting to be a model and while she knew she wasn’t going to be in any fashion shows anytime soon, she was excited. It started off her being a model for clothing companies, starting small as she was still a student in high school. Her agent was friends with her parents which made everything go smoothly and Emira kept her ego in check. Her mother worked in law and her father worked in real estate so they were well off and busy constantly which made Emira grow up even faster.

After graduating high school and thinking about college, Emira decided to take online classes from Brooklyn College so she could build on her modeling career and keep herself open to traveling. Years go by and now at the age of 22, Emira is graduating with her degree in communications and is starting to become a well known model all around the country. She had friends, money, her own fancy apartment to bring guys home to and an awesome growing career in modeling. Her life was just getting started.

Now at the age of 27, Emira was a full blown fashion model walking down runways and going to celebrity parties and living her best life. That was until the partying started to get a little too much for her where she couldn’t remember the fun, crazy nights she was having. While loving her modeling career, she wondered about what her life would be like with a regular job, settling down somewhere and having a family in the future. After a few months roll by, a successful, sexy businessman named Axel Mathis came walking into her life. They partied together, slept together and eventually became friends. While her modeling career has been an amazing part of her life, she was ready to put her big girl pants on and find a job to really settle into. Thankfully, Axel was looking for an assistant and Emira was ready to take on the role. 

Now 33 years old, Emira was Axel’s glorified assistant and was loving every minute of it, even with how annoying he could be as a friend and as a boss. When the two decided to up and leave New York, Emira said goodbye to her parents making sure to come visit when she could and they left to Aurora Bay, California where she was going to start fresh.

Axel's thumb brushed gently over her hip, as he looked up at her. He loved simply being around her. He didn't need much more than that. "Why even bother going upstairs? Just change right here." He said, his hand moving down to her thigh. "I'm happy with whatever we have. What sounds good to you, beautiful?" He carefully grabbed her hand as she turned to leave. "One more." He said as he pulled her down for another kiss. Axel loved kissing her, loved showering her with affection, and just loved spending as much time as he could with her.

Emira chuckled to Axel's words again, smiling down at his drunk, cute self. "As wonderful as being in my underwear and cooking for you sounds, I'd rather be in my comfortable pajamas that still gets you.." she paused teasingly with a smirk, "excited" she finished with a wink. Right as she turned to leave, she felt him take her hand and pull her down for another kiss and she smiled against his lips, of course kissing him back. "Mm, I'll never say no to one more," she responded, brushing her lips against his after the kiss before pulling away. "I'll be right back, handsome."

She made her way upstairs to change into her pajamas that was a matching set of pants and a more fitted t-shirt that of course showed off her cleavage. She came back down and pulled her hair up into a messy bun as she made her way into the kitchen. "How does a grilled cheese sound, baby?" @axel-mathis

"Yeah, yeah." Connie's nickname sounded better. "Oh I bet." She knew damn well what Emira was implying. However it was too good of a day to let the topic of men monopolise the conversation of two women. "And what about you? What are you up to?"

"I feel like I've still been trying to get caught up with everything from the holidays, so now that things are slowing down and feeling back to normal, I've been focusing a lot on work, spending time with friends, cooking more, shopping, organizing my home..." Emira told her, shrugging and still smiled. "It's also crazy to think that Axel and I have already been living here in Aurora Bay for two years now." @connievanderbilt

“Well now you’ve got me convinced that I need to try it on.” She said with a light laugh, making her way to the dressing room to try it on. “See now that sounds like a promise and I’m very appreciative and happy to pay the commission.” Zehra called back from the changing room, coming out a minute later in the dress feeling absolutely confident in herself. “I can’t wait for Esma to see me in this dress. This revenge tour is going to be my best era yet.”

Emira grinned to Zehra's words as she was looking at some bodysuits she hasn't seen before in the boutique. When Zehra came out in the dress she picked out for her, her jaw basically dropped to the floor. "Girl, you look incredible! I mean, I knew you would already, but damn!" She chuckled. "I'm so ready for this revenge tour for you." @zchraa

Nelson’s expression immediately lit up as soon as he heard her voice. It felt like years since he’d seen Emira and being able to catch her again had instantly put a smile to his face again. “ where have you been ? You know how much I’ve missed that face of yours” she mused with a smile as he closed the gap and returned her hug. “ would you suddenly judge me if I told you it’s been the same as last year? “ which amounted to not settling down, not wanting to settle down, sleeping around, and then being family stuff. "I've missed you too, Nelson. It's really good to see you," Emira told him as they hugged and sat down. Her eyebrows couldn't help but raise to his next words and she let a soft chuckle escape her lips. "No judgement here from me. You can update me on whatever you'd like, even if it's boring," she teased him with a wink. "I've been doing really well, thank you! I've been extremely busy with work which comes to no surprise," she paused to chuckle. "No girl drama besides the obvious?" @the-nelson-quinn

There was nothing better than knowing he'd come home to Emira already there. He had sent her a few text updates throughout the evening before getting home. As she walked over to take his glass he looked up at her with a lazy smile, his face tinged red from the drinking. Pressing his lips against hers he looked up and nodded. "Food sounds amazing." He put his hand on her hip just as she sliped from his grasp. "Why are you all dressed up? It looks good, but... uncomfy."

Emira chuckled softly to his words as her hip leaned into his hand. "I'm just about to head upstairs to change into more comfortable clothing before making you food," she responded, smiling. "I'd suggest we both go upstairs to change together, but we both know we wouldn't come back down if we did," she pointed out with a smirk, her fingers still lightly brushing over the back of his head. "Think about what you want to eat, baby." She then leaned down again to give him another kiss on the lips before moving away to go upstairs to change. @axel-mathis

The warmth of her chai latte sat untouched beside her, the steam still rising in delicate spirals. She’d been coming to this café for years, the smell of freshly ground coffee beans always drawing her in like a magnet. There was something about the atmosphere—calm but lively—that made it the perfect place to think, or not think at all. Her mind, as it often did, was scattered with a dozen different things, but here, she could let it all float.

Her pen hovered over the page for a moment before she sighed and let it fall, letting herself relax into the cozy corner. Maybe today wasn’t a day for writing. Maybe it was a day for simply being. She took a slow sip of her drink, the warmth comforting her as she glanced around the café, wondering who else was here today. "Hey, yeah that chair is free for the taking or you can join me for coffee." she said to the other with a simple smile.

Every time Emira stepped foot into Driftwood, a smile always came to her face as the incredible smells of the coffee and pastries pulled her in. Moments later, she had more pep in her step with her coffee in hand and took a sip as she looked around. Hearing a voice, she looked over to see Melody and smiled at her, almost immediately taking the seat she offered. "I don't think I could ever pass up the opprotunity of getting caught up with you, Melody," Emira said to her friend as she sat down. "How have you been lately?" @melodyxleee

Zehra eyed the dress Emira held up, a smirk tugging at the corner of her lips despite the ache still lingering in her chest. The sleek, crimson fabric shimmered in the light, bold and unapologetic... everything she wasn’t feeling but desperately wanted to be. “Revenge dress, huh?” she said, arching a brow as she reached out to feel the material.

“Guess it couldn’t hurt to try it on,” she added, glancing at Emira a broad smile crossed her face. “If this cures my sadness, I'm giving you the commission.”

"I'd walk out of here if you didn't try this on," Emira joked (mostly) with a chuckle as she handed the dress to her to try on. "Shopping will definitely cure your sadness, especially shopping with me, so I can't wait for that commission," she teased with a wink. "Oh!" She quickly became distracted from a gorgeous maroon colored mini skirt and she quickly looked for her size. "I just can't wait to wear skirts without tights and shorts again."

"How's Billionaire-Ken going?" Connie wasn't exactly sure what Emira saw in Axel, but she kept those thoughts to herself. "I spent it with Imani. No interest in seeing my family, so it was nice and quiet."

"Aww, that sounds like really nice time with Imani, especially with not seeing your family or them seeing you," Emira said smiling and soon found herself smirking about the question about the love of her life. "Axel, has been doing just fine, thanks. He just won over yet another important client so we've been celebrating." In more ways than one, that's for sure. For right now, it was catch up time with one of her closest friends.

Axel had been having a remarkably stressful start to his year. The world of business was in chaos in many different sectors. Real Estate Investment being one of them. Having had to take a new client out to drinks, it was his responsiblilty to earn his trust. Get him to like him. Earn this man's money. Get him to put even more of his money in his hands. He had successfully done so, but now, was sitting slouched in his leather chair at home, far too drunk for his own good. Smiling at Emira he wiggled his empty whiskey glass. "I finished it."

Emira had been spending most nights at Axel's house and while he was out with a client tonight, she decided to have a cozy night in. She figured Axel would be coming home drunk from winning over his client so she was prepared and ready to have some fun, too. Smirking, she walked over to him and reached for his empty glass, all while leaning down and pressing her lips against his in a soft, yet tender kiss. "Do you want any food? I can make something for you really quick if you'd like," she offered, standing back upright as her free hand reached for the top of his head, brushing her fingers against his hair. She was still dressed in a tight, velvet maroon dress, more on the shorter side, with her black heels on as well.

Olie offered an exaggerative bow towards Emira before standing straight again, furiously blowing a loose strand of hair that fell in her face. "Just offering my one good service for the day." She then snorted a laugh. "I honestly don't believe that. I doubt there's a minute you're not completely put together." A fact that had Olie slightly jealous, but also she couldn't really be bothered to 'look glamorous'.

Emira chuckled watching Olie bow and then found herself laughing softly a second later. "Your only good service for the day?" She questioned teasingly and smiled at her. "Looking this good all the time takes time and effort which I make sure I have enough of everyday," she said, chuckling again. "What else have you been up to lately, Olie?"

"Okay, so how was your Christmas." The lawyer pushes the glass of wine towards her company, before making herself comfortable on her own kitchen stool. "I feel like it went so fast I didn't get to see everyone i wanted to."

"Christmas wasn't too eventful for me; I just spent time with Axel and got caught up with more of my relatives in Turkey," Emira told her with a smile, very happy to be getting caught up with her best friend. "I agree, the holidays did pass by too fast. What about you? How were your holidays? I want to know everything."

Despite the time he has spent in Aurora, it wasn't until recent that he felt inclined to visit the lounge. It wasn't necessarily the kind of vibe for that he would go for. A little too intimate, if you asked him. Eddie preferred nightclubs that led to unforgettable nights. However, a special someone that he grown close with worked there and that was enough for him to make an appearance. He opted for a seat at the bar and was immediately content with the company he'd have there. "Emira, darling! Happy New Years." he smiled as he greeted the brunette. The man was definitely looking forward for the weeks ahead as he was getting quite tired of the same greeting. "You're looking lovely as ever. I hope this seat wasn't taken?"

"Thank you, Ed, you're too kind...and right, of course. I do look great tonight," Emira teased, winking at him with a chuckle and smiled. "The seat is yours! I'm very happy you could fill it. How are you doing? Any other fun plans tonight besides getting caught up with me?" She asked, the smile not leaving her face as Eddie was a delight to talk to. As much as they have seen each other out at the nightclubs that led to unforgettable nights, it was nice to get caught up in a more quiet and a lot cleaner setting.

Emira hadn't seen Nelson in too long so she thought it would be great for them to get caught up over dinner and great wine at When in Rome. "I can't help but be a bit dramatic when I say, it feels like I haven't seen you in years," she told him with a soft laugh, wrapping her arms around him for a hug before they sat down at their table. "How's the new year treating you so far? I want to hear everything."

"You do know that shopping cures all kinds of sadness, right?" Emira teased with a chuckle, happy to be taking Zehra shopping to help distract her. The two walked inside and the former fashion model immediately found a dress that looked perfect for Zehra. "I think I just found the perfect revenge dress for you," she said, lifting it up and showing it to her.

"Okay, I'm sorry for interrupting, but.. you got a little.. A little something between your teeth. Looks like spinach? Right there." Olie showed off her teeth, finger pointed in the general area where they had a little food stuck in their teeth. Perhaps there was a little more decorum when it came to doing this, but after feeling like Kuzco talking to Ezma and not being able to focus on the actual conversation, Olie had to say something.

Emira immediately raised her eyebrows and pulled out her phone to check in the camera to see if the piece of spinach was really stuck there in her teeth. "I knew I felt something," she mumbled more to herself, quickly getting it out before looking over to Olie. "Thanks for that, Olie, I appreciate it. I guess I can't be looking glamorous all the time," she teased the last bit with a chuckle.
