Robin ⇨ New Ties That Bind;

Emma was a new addition to the gang, and Robin was happy to have her around, even if Kate wasn’t. The others all thought the world of Emma, especially Much who was always asking her if she had eaten enough, Robin suspected that he liked her but he didn’t say anything in case he was wrong. And so he never brought it up. Having Emma around was like a breath of fresh air, because she understood what it was like to lose someone you loved.  They had an understanding. The archer was able to tell her his darkest secrets, about how he had almost lost himself when Marian had died, how he had gone off the rails and been hellbent on killing Gisborne. Because Emma? she did not judge him. She knew that those were mistakes he had had to make, He would almost be sorry to see her go, however that did not mean he was not doing his best to help her. Because he was. The Sheriff had taken an instant dislike to Emma Swan but then that was to be expected given who she ran around with, Robin let her join in with going to the villages and giving out food, however he only had to get a glance of Gisborne before he tried to send her into hiding. It often resulted in arguments because he knew Emma could protect herself, but he was also the same with Kate. Overprotective of the both of them. As he made his way back to the camp after making a few rounds to the villages, his eye caught Emma’s and the outlaw grinned. Despite how much she wanted to get home, she seemed to have made an effort to fit in, was even helping Allan with some traps. "Nothing new im afraid sweetheart, all though to be honest i have no idea what im looking for , ive never seen a portal in my life." he told her rather sheepishly. "I wont stop trying though" he promised her.

She wasn't surprised as he announced the disappointing news to her, but it's what Emma had expected. There was no portal to be found around here, there were no warlocks--at least not the real deal, and there were no spell books she could actually read that would help her out. "I figured as much, but thanks anyway." she replied with a smile. A soft chuckle elicited at the thought that he really hadn't seen what a portal looked like. How could anyone else have? Then again, portals didn't just grow out of anywhere, there had to be a trinket to access the portal somehow.

"It isn't really easy to explain either because portals don't just show up out of anywhere." she added before looking down at the trap she had set. "Is this good enough? Last time I was doing one of these, Kate pointed out multiple problems with it." Of course, while Emma had gotten along with everyone in the gang, it was a certain blonde that still wanted her gone. There were times when she wanted to yell at her and tell her it wasn't her fault she was stuck here with them, but due to certain circumstances, Emma thought it was best to just walk away.

Looking back at the outlaw, Emma crossed her arms while she waited for the gang to finish up. "So, what scandalous plot do you think the sheriff is thinking of right now?" she asked. It was funny how it was only one man everyone hated around here, yet he was their sheriff. "Just so you know, if I see the man next time, I am knocking his teeth out." it was partially a joke, but with the way he spoke towards others, Emma was honestly considering doing it. 

"Anymore stops today or should we head back?" she asked, referring to the food stops and if there were anymore places they had to stop by.

Robin ⇨ New Ties That Bind;

It had been over a month since she had fell through that blasted portal and her life had changed. Emma just couldn't decide if it were for the best or the worst. It was clear to her that the Sheriff around here hated her and she had automatically made it onto his wanted list because she knew Robin. Who would have thought the young man had such an effect on the sheriff; New friendships were formed and Emma realized that she had people around her that would come and help her if she was ever in trouble--Well Robin would without a doubt anyway. 

All her life she had grown up fending for herself, so this was new for her. It was scary and it scared her even more because she still couldn't find a way to get back home. It was clear that Robin was helping her all he could and Emma knew that she could trust him. The moment he had opened up to her about his lost love, Marian, Emma knew he wasn't a bad soul. His friends however--well, she wasn't sure how they felt about her just quite yet. 

As usual, Emma was helping with the new traps in hopes that while Robin retrieved his currency, Emma would find a way that could help her get back home. Seeing that her plans had failed so far, she was losing hope.  While working on the trap, Emma heard a twig behind her but rather than turning to see the cause of the sound, Emma only smiled. "It's almost set." was all she stated before she stood up and faced Robin. "Anything new today?" she asked, which was only her way of hoping he had some news on how to get her back home. It was wishful thinking, but hope is all that seemed the best for her at the moment.
