after all of that TRAINING… after all of those hours poured into learning more about her powers and controlling them and after all of those late nights at school with either her parents or one of the professors ( usually charles xavier; dalia preferred him when he wasn’t busy running the school ) “ – what are you doing ?? “ dalia’s eyes widened as she saw someone walking over to her. “ stay away !! “ she said quickly and taking a few steps back, blowing out the lights overhead. “ i said STAY AWAY !! “

“Dalia,” she says firmly, spoting her niece, “you have to calm down.” Not the best choice of words on her part considering as she gets closer to the girl the lights blow out. She stops quickly, instead using her powers to plant calm thoughts in the girl’s head. “Dalia, is me, Aunt Emma.”
