the fuck you talking ‘bout? Hugs are amazing. They’re more comforting than a kiss. They’re tender and show that the person wants to hold you. It’s protective. Enveloping someone in your arms is intimate. It’s the utmost expression of respect and admiration. Sorry it’s not sexy or whatever. Hugs are not seductive or lustful, they’re an expression of love and caring. When someone hugs you they’re shading you from everyone else’s view and giving you a safe place to hide, having someone’s arms around you…being warm and safe, even if it’s only a moment… that’s magical. It’s the most comforting and calming feeling in the world, that persons arms become your safe harbor, your castle. So no, they are not fucking over rated, they’re the mother-fucking shit.
