"Here the place..." Emmitt spoke to himself holding a basket full of flowers and at the front door of Mr. Manchas. He came here to apologize for the attack that feels like his fault. So with all his courage, Emmitt knocked at the door.

Manchas was having a relaxing, boring Saturday.  His ears did prick up upon hearing the familiar door knock.
