Just because someone likes similar things to problematic people, doesn't mean they're also problematic/related to them/inspired by them/are trying to be that person.
Y'all need to wake up and realize that people can like many things, including things that bad people like. Big surprise, so how about y'all stop comparing the two like it has anything to do with it.
Just because someone likes MLP, doesn't mean they're a pedophile.
Just because someone likes FNAF, doesn't mean they're excusing/romanticizing child murder.
Just because someone likes BoJack Horseman, doesn't mean they're like him/defending his actions.
Just because someone likes Mouthwashing, and especially if their favorite character is Jimmy, doesn't mean they're a rape defender/apologist.
Just because someone likes similar COLORS to someone problematic, DOESN'T MEAN THEY'RE TRYING TO BE THAT PERSON.
People can like many things, and sometimes problematic people end up in those communities, which is why we need to keep them out, not exclude people from enjoying things, just because bad people end up being in the same place.
Anyway, just thought I'd finally get this off my chest because I hate feeling ashamed for being compared to/told that I'm similar to or am trying to be a copy of certain problematic people on the internet, and I'm tired of it.
I'm not going to apologize for liking things, just because you can't help but think of those people.
That's not my problem/fault.
