⟡ Beneath the shimmering blue waves of the ocean hides a sinister secret unknown to the majority of the world. Deep into the Stygian depths where one would normally be crushed before reaching, an abnormality alters an oceanic zone’s water pressure to a safe level; this is the Let-Vand Zone, where Urbanshade's Hadal Blacksite is housed. Inside the Blacksite holds various beasts and irregularities, inhumane experiments and perilous expeditions are commonplace here. Construction started in 1962 and finished in 1974, and as of now the Hadal Blacksite still stands in 2025.

⟡ Z-999 — Codename: "The False-Angel" — is a young selkie (Pinnipedia marmennlar) noted to commonly take the form of a 16-year-old human teenager. Shortly after his birth on the 23rd of June, 2009, he was hauled to the labs for experimentation under the P.D.A.F.S endeavor (refer to the “P.D.A.F.S” document for more information.) Upon mixing his DNA with DNA from the Guardian Angel of the Banlands, Z-999’s survival was nothing short of a miracle; research proves the holy DNA has blessed Z-999 with Enhanced Regeneration abilities, and possible clairvoyancy (further citation needed.) It should be noted these visions are spontaneous and Z-999 has no control over these fits of dubious foresight.

⟡ Studies have shown that Z-999’s blood can be used as a “heal-all elixir”, despite being unable to purify a person’s soul. By ingesting a small dose of Z-999’s blood, we have found it able to cure even the most severe cases. This has remained true throughout various test subjects ranging from human to anomalies. Another abnormality scientists have noted is Z-999’s uncanny capability to soothe even the most hostile experiments; we now know this is not a coincidence, but rather an intrinsic defense mechanism caused by the Angel DNA. When placed in the presence of another, Z-999 naturally releases an odorless scent which stimulates a person’s oxytocin and serotonin production. This otherwise imperceptible mechanism safely elevates these hormones to pacify a possible enemy.

⟡ Z-999’s herd has long since escaped the Blacksite, the whereabouts and status of the aforementioned colony currently unknown. Urbanshade has decided to forgo any expeditions to recapture the herd, deeming it an irresponsible use of time. Due to a myriad of complaints of seclusion and questions regarding his origins, Z-999 was given a Deep Sea Bunny named Morrow, also known as Z-999-1, to keep any questions at bay. Other relationships are unnoted at this time.

⟡ The P.D.A.F.S endeavor — also known as ██████████████████ — was a project directed by Mr. Shade himself. Upon being told by the Guardian Angel itself that its blood could not save Mr. Shade’s soul from Hell, Mr. Shade starts the P.D.A.F.S project to find a way into Heaven. Angel DNA is extracted from the Guardian Angel and through a tedious surgery process, countless of EXP-Rs and fauna are given Angel DNA. Unfortunately, none survived subsequent to the surgeries performed. Research continued with barren information in return. Mr. Shade considered suspending the project, until a major breakthrough was made through one young selkie, currently dubbed Z-999. Z-999 is now being held in containment as he is studied and harvested for his regenerative blood.
