It's the surrounding around your awareness that changes, not your bedroom.

Most people wait for their surroundings to change, and that’s what keeps your awareness anchored here.

Your awareness is not the body lying in bed. Your awareness is the point of perception.

When you stop expecting your physical surroundings to disappear, you stop clinging to them. The moment you allow your awareness to be elsewhere (surrounded by a different environment, different sensations, different context) the shift happens naturally.

You don’t leave your bedroom, you just stop being aware of it.

Don’t wait for this reality to change (it won’t happen), but allow your awareness of your awareness to shift and change surroundings (reality).

Your surroundings won’t change, it’s you awareness that will change realities (surroundings).
