If you can afford it, please look into therapy. You seem to go in and out of depressive periods quite often and I think some professional help would do wonders for you! Even if you can’t access it, things will get better and you will be happier - life has a way of working out in the end <3

not really possible in my current situation but maybe once i move out (although realistically, moving out will do wonders for my mental health anyways)
