a brief bit of backstory for those of you who weren't here for the first round of the emo pop album tournament: the entire thing was completely winged by a hypomanic high schooler with the flu, and one of the polls got bombed by a bunch of people who have only interacted with waterparks via twitter parxies. we are not doing that again. i swear on my life

revised rules:
full albums only, no EPs or singles. each band gets a maximum of three entries- in the event of overflow, their top three most submitted albums get in. in the event of a tie therein i will be honest. i will be picking whichever album i like most. but that's [probably? hopefully?] not going to happen
ronald radke, all time low, and brendon! at the disco are still not allowed in my fucking house. all of the panic! albums that i will allow in the running [too weird & v&v] are already in the running
neither MANIA nor FANDOM are eligible for selection this time. you've had your fun. i am not doing that shit again
please use your own best judgement on whether or not an album counts as emo pop. i as the blogrunner acknowledge that there is very heavy overlap between emo pop, pop punk, crunkcore, and softcore and that some albums that may be better classified as the latter may slip in. if you send me hate anons over it again i will smite you
be nice in the tags. you can talk shit in your own posts [in fact i encourage you to. propagandise to your heart's content] but have some base level of decency on the post itself
if you're unsubtle enough about botting a poll that i find out you did it i will disqualify whichever album you botted in favor of and also steal your cats and give them a better life
basically just remember that none of this is that serious. this is a tumblr blog and not an election
