Respect your breakup

I believe that when you end a relationship you must have full compasion with the person you end things with. You take away a part of their lives. Ofcourse you will not have to fix them or guide them. But understand that he or she might text you in the middle of the night or try to start a conversation. It might take a few weeks and sure it won’t always be fun for you. But understand that when a person does that he or she is on his or her lowest point. And is probably crying themself to sleep. To wake up the day next and have another shitty day. Understand that you dont help that person by pointing out how happy and good your life is right now. I understand you want to share your new found single life happiness but understand that the other person doesnt feel that way. Be nice be short and never tell them about new partners. There is now way to say when its oke to date again. and dating others isnt a problem. Just don’t do the cliche thing and start a relationship right after. Its disrespectful to the relationship you two had. And it never works out anyway. Starting a relationship so soon is only painfull for the person before the new guy or girl.

I did this and people done this to me. And being the dumpee is one of the hardest phases in life you can have and it will happen multiple times. Just for once be respectful to somebody you once told you loved him. what ever happend you once loved each other and respect that.
