When you have been through so much trauma in your life that no one knows how to help or what to say.. That’s when you know it’s actually really bad.

When your parents is saying “If things like this keeps happening to her, she will never dare to let anyone in anymore” that hurts. Because they don’t even know about everything I been through..

But it’s true though. I don’t know how to trust anyone anymore.. I don’t want anyone to get close and I don’t want to have feelings for anyone. I don’t want to love anyone. Because I love too hard and it always fucks me up in the end. Right now, after all this constant pain for the last 5 years. It’s not worth it. Loving someone isn’t worth it.

Self love, working on yourself, improving yourself and doing what you love and be happy living like that. That must be a better way of living.
