when cis people talk about my pre-trans self its he/him and my name. when i talk about my pre-trans self she's a young girl and i killed her and dug her grave with my bare hands and one day i will lie down with her again and our bones will intertwine. you understand

things that I thought were just Quirky about me that im now realizing are immensely trans:

being afraid to talk to cashiers/waiters/anyone bc of my high voice

a strong dislike of using public restrooms

freaking out in gym class when they expected us to split into "boys" and "girls"

creating self-insert characters that are male

wearing baggy clothes

hating the idea of dating a guy as a woman, but loving the idea of dating a guy as another guy

having anxiety attacks when I wear bras

despising my name

wanting my boobs to be a detachable accessory

crying when I got my new driver's license in the mail w an X instead of an F :))

"The Monsters Within" by E. S. Wright is a novel set in the mythical world of Valen following a young man named Fen Elaron. Their world is over run with monsters called the forsaken, and to keep them from hurting him or anyone else, he must go on a journey with his best friend Eve, and her brother Terrus. Together, they must face monsters around every corner, but these beasts aren't always what they seem. Sometimes they're creatures who haunt every elf's nightmares, sometimes they're man, and other times... Fen has to face the monsters within.

This novel is a YA LGBT Fantasy novel, written by a queer canadian author. I have been writing this story since I was 14 years old, and to be able to share it with the world means everything to me!
