In the midst of doing absolutely nothing I’ve come to the conclusion that I can just post about my OC’s with no context at all. It’s a strange idea to me.
Listening to Mili’s newest song (Until Our Sky is Blue) while reading chapters 204-208 of GSGW was absolutely devastating, I haven’t recovered and I don’t think I ever will actually 😭

The mask represents Azem while the Diamond is Koh. And before you ask “is that Koh???” Why yes it is! Gold star for you ⭐️ . They’ve been through a lot and the world was not kind to them, but they made it through! This is the Endwalker version of them.
Again before you ask “How come there is an Endwalker version of Koh? You haven’t made it to Endwalker yet??” My answer to that is one, man you’ve been real talkative lately… and two! I’m just that unwell about this game that I’ve gone through everything a multitude of times. 🧍🏾♂️
Anyway… I did this for fun (of course) and I made my Azem completely on the fly when I got started on it. I actually really like how his design is and I haven’t really thought much about what he’s like outside of being Koh’s ancient. (Outside of this template of course) I have down that she’s a bit more silly than Koh is and a bit more of a coward with courage and drive. But other than that I’m a bit lost on how to perceive them…
I’ve come to realize that the way I write may be too small and pushed together 😅. So I’ll put the writing in text here

A realm reborn Koh was above it all. All he wanted to do was study and get a one up on her enemies, and unfortunately allies as well. This left her practically alone. Her summons kept her company and that was fine. Then the scions found her. She kinda got stuck working with them lol.

Became a dark knight in order to deal with everything.
Boy he was NOT having fun. The betrayal she went through made her realize she was in fact NOT the smartest person in the room and it took her too long to realize. By the time it was realized she was stripped of her blessing and her friends were presumed dead.
Kinda became a self martyr in order to make up for her mistakes and what better way to do that than becoming a tank and stopping a war. Surely that would make them feel better…
Also started hiding his face behind anything he could (armor helmet or hair). He did not wish to be perceived at times. Nor did he want to look his crimes in the face.

Is trying to keep it together for everyone and they can kinda tell it’s not working, but they need someone that can kill things and Koh is usually the answer.
I’m trying to get my story straightened out just for Koh cause hes like my MAIN WOL. I’m pouring all my energy into her game wise and I shall not stop any time soon. (…maybe, I could be lying…)
I’ve been using Koh and really FFXIV as a whole to get back into writing and drawing and it’s been really nice drawing Koh and Azem (shall be posted as well, soon-ish) and it’s been nice. 😊

A lot of this may change later cause all I do is think about my OC’s, then I’ll consume a piece of media that I like and think “man, I should base my characters personality around this whole thing 🤔”, and then they change again. Sometimes stuff sticks, sometimes not.
That’s the way of life I guess. Anyway…
I really like these two. Plus their youngest sibling that I added on for fun, who has yet to escape my mind palace. Even though Sol and Sil are twins and had a pretty comfy life, they are still vastly different and IT SHOWS 😭.
Sil can’t lie worth shit, nor can they hide their expressions well but Sol covers for him by being able to lie and swindle extremely well and they hide whatever they feel behind a smile and some well placed words / sarcasm most of the time. Sil is a knight who is pure of heart and soul and want to protect the people he’s close too, while being stubborn on certain things. Sol can and will back stab you at any moment, (trust and believe 😔) and will give up on you on a dime if he feels that his time is being wasted simply by being in your presence, or your goals simply no longer align in that moment.
I feel that I could go on for forever about them but I have run out of coherent words.
Mhm. I finished it. Weeee. No, but seriously, as usual, PLEASE tell me of any and all errors. Be it coding errors, grammar, spelling, etc. I ALMOST split this one in half. I had to talk myself out of it because it isn't THAT long. It just feels like it is when seeing everything like that.

This be Sol, an OC of mine that like many of them, cannot die. I REFUSE to let my OCs die within the story permanently for some reason 🤔🤔
Sol gets revived by his abyssal summon and the showing of his corpse is unfortunately apart of this process. A reminder that he is not to make such a mistake anytime in the near future.
I wanna draw him being silly more. I drew one template with him and his brother and then I threw him into the damn meat grinder. I promise hes silly 😭🫡.

so embarrassing to get obsessed with your own oc but it doesn't fuel you creatively or motivate you at all you just sort of sit there. like yeah I've been thinking a lot about blorbo from my mind. no images of them exist in the world and they have maybe 3 personality traits so far. I would rather die than attempt to write about them. I've spent the last 48 hours rotating them in my brain though
