To help feel more courageous ; to help you face things bravely. - black tea -piece of freshly peeled ginger rt. or candied ginger

Boil for 4 min

……Creativity potion…… To activate your creative powers. When you stir the potion stir the shape of the rune into it: < -camomile - peppermint -3 cardamon pods* remove before consuming potion

……True Love Potion…… To help you to recognize and be receptive to your true love, when he / she enters your life. - jasmine -1 rosemary needle

……peaceful sleep potion…… To facilitate a good nights sleep. - chamomile - linden flower - 5 poppy seeds
