Day 5 of #p90x caution: yoga blocks can and will be used as pillows after workout..😴

I figured

I would start using tumblr again to track my p90x progress well tomorrow was supposed to technically my day one but I got and early jump on it... I think I will like p90x better than insanity since it does not require so much LOUD jumping (my husband sleeps during the day)..

a few short term goals I have for the first 30days

lose 10 lbs...

gain upper body strength

lose some off the assists I’m using now... for things like pull ups.

I am going to try and complete these work outs early before I go to work since I know I wont want to afterward.
