Creepy headcanon for the evening:

According to her dialogue, Bendy is the one who caused her deformities. At the end of this scene, she says she’s “almost perfect now”.

However, when talking about the past, she says this:

She was perfect. No matter what Joey says. 

In other words, Alice was uninjured when she was first created, though Joey objected (as she wasn’t technically perfect). Later, Bendy touches her, thus making her less perfect. This lines up nicely with the theory of Joey being Bendy - she was “perfect” when Joey was around, but when he became Bendy he touched her and caused her deformities.

It’s also worth noting that he and Susie were flirting at one point, if the tape in Chapter 3 is any indication - which lines up nicely with the whole “star-crossed lovers” thing Bendy and Alice had going on according to the merch descriptions.

But what does this have to do with anything? Because it was Bendy’s touch that caused her deformities - but they’re not symmetrical. They’re on one side of her face only.

And the only situation I can think of where someone would have only one hand on the other person’s cheek would be…

Not really a spoiler so posted without a warning, BUT…

Is it just me or is Bendy a FUCKING MONSTER in this chapter!? No longer ponderously waddling around like a confused pensioner, incapable of opening wooden doors, now he’s smashing down metal portholes and murdering folk with his bare hands.

K hear me out- I kinda have a theory that the “He” all the writing on the walls and the searchers refer too isn’t in fact Bendy, I think they’re referring to Henry, the “He” they were all waiting for to set them free from the studio and finally go home like they’ve been crying for. And I think Sammy Laurence is just so far gone that he believes Bendy is the once to set them free, because he really is the only one to worship and appreciate Bendy himself, not necessarily the idea of being free

They kicked Sammy out for being a weenie who worships a false idol.And that’s a good idea but like!! They all seem to be praising that Bendy statue ? And like, don’t seem all that overjoyed when Henry arrives- I dunno. We’ll see!

I understand the Bendy statue thing!! I think that there’s just so many damn statues around that if you think about it you can’t really avoid them- like the cardboard Bendy cut outs!! Wherever they could write on the wall or hand the banner like in chap 4 there’s always something Bendy related you can’t avoid.

And with them not being too excited when Henry arrived- I think that if you were so miserable in a foreign inky body bound to fall apart with the slightest hit for 30 YEARS, it would take an emotional and mental tole on you. You wouldn’t be able to feel joy without being confused and scared of the feeling, after being so scared and sad for so long. And like- there’s no way they could remember Henry after all those years in that state, not only that they might even have been new workers who were hired AFTER Henry left. Sammy Laurence recognizing you I understand, because he’s more physical and emotionally collected that the other searchers we see, wearing clothing and not dripping. So, they don’t know if Henry is the one, for all we could know there have been others before Henry that have failed. They might just see Henry as another person wandering into the spider web just bound to die. But if he sets them free from the ink curse or whatever is wrong with them, then they’ll understand and rejoice! For there savior has finally come and set them free!!!
